Protection for frontline workers when treating Covid-19 patients
We have clinicians at the Glenfield ICU that have been testing these. We had these designed, prototyped, manufactured and delivered to frontline workers in less than 24hrs.
As a result, other than tested by those using them for a whole shift, they are not formally MDA approved. Those using have calculated on a risk/benefit basis as it’s providing a physical barrier which is what is needed. They are designed as single-use items.
Designed for those intubating or in close quarter intensive care environments or others where there’s a positive or suspected covid-19 patient, used in conjunction with an FFP3 mask in place as per the latest NHS guidelines.Order now

Visor material is a hi-visibility polyester. We have visors in use across the country in multiple trusts and GP practices, including those in close contact with Covid-19 positive patients in respiratory and Intensive Care Units.
